However, due to inventory discrepancies, supplier shortages, manufacturing delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, certain products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.Β If a purchased item is determined to be unavailable, the customer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. In such cases, Funeral Couturier Atelier reserves the right to cancel the unavailable portion of the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method at the earliest practical opportunity. Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution, payment provider, or banking procedures.Β Funeral Couturier Atelier operates according to standard business-day practices. Order processing, fulfillment reviews, customer service inquiries, refund requests, and other support matters are generally handled during normal business days and business hours. Response and resolution times may vary based on order volume, weekends, holidays, and the nature of the request.Β Customer support is provided on a per-order basis to ensure that each inquiry receives the appropriate level of attention and review. While we strive to respond promptly, Funeral Couturier Atelier does not guarantee immediate responses or continuous 24-hour customer support.

By placing an order through our website, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to this policy. Submission of an order constitutes acceptance of the possibility that a product may become unavailable after purchase and that the sole remedy in such circumstances shall be a refund of the purchase price for the unavailable item(s). Customers further acknowledge and agree that order fulfillment, customer support, communications, and refund processing will be conducted within reasonable business-day timeframes.Β Funeral Couturier Atelier shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from inventory shortages, supplier interruptions, shipping carrier delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason. Only in cases where incorrect items or broken goods are received will an exchange be considered. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately for review.

Please note that all inquiries regarding incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 business days of the recorded delivery date. We will not accept claims or inquiries submitted beyond the 7-business-day period.

Due to the nature of our inventory, many products offered by Funeral Couturier Atelier are deadstock, vintage, archival, or otherwise limited-availability items. While we take great care in sourcing, inspecting, packaging, storing, and shipping every product, certain characteristics associated with age, storage history, manufacturing variations, or material degradation may exist. We make every reasonable effort to identify and avoid damaged merchandise before shipment; however, customers acknowledge that deadstock and vintage products may possess unique qualities that differ from newly manufactured goods.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable, is discovered to be unsuitable for shipment, or sustains damage prior to fulfillment, Funeral Couturier Atelier reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method at the earliest practical opportunity.
